One Continuous Metal Roof Sheet
WHA Logistics uses a single metal sheet on our built-to-suit warehouses and factories. Therefore there are no connections on the metal sheet roofing which are a major source of leaks for other warehouses that use multi roofing sheets.
Roof Insulation
Microfiber insulation is installed under the roof to create an air gap that acts as additional insulation. This method helps keep the warehouse's internal temperature lower than typical warehouses.
Natural Ventilation System
Based on extensive research, our warehouses are designed to have the most optimal natural ventilation system. Metal sheet louvers installed with wall panels throughout the building help release hot air from inside the building through roof vents located in the center of the warehouse, promoting air circulation within the building.
Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) Compliance
Our warehouses, distribution centers, and factories are well-designed from the outset in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). All WHA properties are designed to meet GMP principles such as cleanliness standards, low dust accumulation, and protection against termites, birds, or other insects.
Burnished Floor
We use high-strength concrete and specially designed methods for our warehouse flooring system. This special technique is called "polished concrete," which has been regulated. This method uses high heat to cure the floor surface. As a result, the floor is highly resistant to corrosion, making it more durable for heavy use and also helping to reduce dust and cracks that may occur in high-usage situations.
Heat Treatment Floor
WHA uses special concrete to pave the warehouse floor instead of ordinary concrete. Moreover, this new technique helps maintain the gloss of the surface. With this technique, the surface is more resistant to scratches, colors, and reduces cracks that may occur in heavy use.
