Managing Director – REIT 1 Position(s)


  • Aged 35-45 years old.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration or Property Management.
  • More than 10 years’ work experience in property fund or real estate investment trust (REIT) is highly preferable.
  • Good knowledge of marketing, with strong analytical and spreadsheet skills.
  • Good presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Being responsible for policy formulation and implementation of strategic investment plans for the provision benefits and goals of the Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).
  • Managing performance and operations of the REIT, including planning, selecting and managing investment portfolio and risk.
  • Selecting real estate appraisers; planning and strategizing provisions of real estate benefits.
  • Developing business plan and managing public relations of REIT to generate returns on investment within a specific timeframe.
  • Estimating revenues, expenditures and costs of the Trust.

Environmental Engineer (Rayong Site) 1 Position(s)


  • Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering/ Science.
  • 2- year experience in Environmental management in Industrial field, monitoring reporting. Water and wastewater treatment plant operation and design.
  • Natural water resources engineering knowledge or experience is preferable.
  • Good command of English and computer literacy (TOEIC 700+ is preferable.)
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.

  • Good knowledge on technical environmental Engineering, applied to air pollution and wastewater treatment systems, including other industrial environmental control system. (Both design and operation)

  • Good knowledge and experience on operation of pollution control system (such as Waste water treatment, Drainage control, Air pollution treatment, etc.) to ensure the pollution level is always compliant to concern regulations.
